Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms aim to define the conditions and procedures for using the HalluGuard service (hereinafter 'Service') provided by YATAV Ent. (hereinafter 'Company'), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
'Service' refers to the AI hallucination verification and correction platform provided by the Company. 'User' refers to any individual or entity using the Service in accordance with these terms. 'Content' refers to all materials including text, documents, and analysis results uploaded to or generated through the Service.
Article 3 (Use of Service)
The Service is available after registration, with both free and paid plans offered. The Company may modify or suspend the Service after prior notice to ensure stable operation. Users may not use the Service for illegal purposes or to infringe upon the rights of others.
Article 4 (Disclaimer)
The Service provides AI-based analysis results and does not guarantee 100% accuracy. Users should use the analysis results as reference material, and final judgment should be made at the user's own responsibility. The Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information obtained through the Service.
