Documents uploaded by users are either retained or immediately deleted after verification processing, according to user settings.

Article 2 (Purpose of Use)

Collected personal information is used for the following purposes: service provision and operation, user authentication and account management, service improvement and statistical analysis, paid service payment processing, and customer inquiry handling.

Article 3 (Retention and Destruction)

Users' personal information is destroyed without delay upon service withdrawal. However, if retention is required by relevant laws, it will be stored for the applicable period. Contract and payment records under the E-Commerce Act: 5 years; access logs under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act: 3 months.

Article 4 (Disclosure to Third Parties)

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without user consent. However, exceptions are made when required by law.

Article 5 (User Rights)
